Jacqueline Gilbey Since 1996 Jacqueline's training has been mostly based in the methods of Vanda Scaravelli through Jayelle Lindsay and Sheridan College. More recently, her practice has lead her to explore Iyengar and Astanga yoga through the teachings of Hart Lazer. Jacqueline has been practising Buddhist meditation (Theravadan and Tibetan) since 1988. Her teaching reflects her own intention to find freedom in the body, heart, and mind through mindfulness and compassion

Claudia Müller is trained in the Kripalu yoga tradition. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has taught for 5 years throughout Southern Ontario. Through her teaching, Claudia encourages her students to use yoga to actualize their life path and promote spiritual awakening. Her passionate belief that one can heal the spirit through the body has evolved through her own personal practice and through her spiritual interactions with Ram Dass, Sharon Salzberg and Krishna Das. She is currently exploring other styles of yoga, including Ashtanga and Vinyasa.

Lori Henein is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher. She continues to develop her practice, studying with local and international teachers, and has recently completed a two year teacher training program exploring a unique combination of Iyengar and Astanga yoga with Hart Lazer.
Through her teachings, she combines her love of inspirational writings, the energetic healing arts of qi gong, reiki and thai yoga massage and Patanjali’s eight limbs of yoga to guide students in cultivating deeper presence and awareness.
In addition to teaching yoga, Lori teaches elementary and high school students in the public school system, specializing in Physical Education and Health. She is also a parent educator with the Family Education Centre, a non-profit community based organization, providing a variety of programs to empower parents and children to build healthy family relationships, based on democratic and ‘yogic’ principles.
